1. When using a motorcycle, do not overload or drive in places with bad road conditions, do not drive at high speed in high-temperature areas, and do not run at high speed for a long time in one place. These are not good for the motorcycle engine, so try to avoid them.

2. When there is too little lubricating oil in the gasoline engine, various friction parts cannot be well lubricated, parts wear accelerates, and the cylinder temperature rises sharply; when there is too much lubricating oil in the fuel, carbon deposits increase due to incomplete combustion, resulting in poor heat dissipation performance and increased engine temperature. If these situations occur, it is recommended to replace the fuel or adjust the lubricating oil pump.

3. The ignition advance angle should be adjusted, not too small. The ignition time is too early, the combustion time is extended, the cylinder and cylinder head heating time is too long, and the engine overheats.

4. When the combustible mixture is too lean, the flame propagation speed slows down when burning in the cylinder, resulting in too long combustion time and continuous increase in cylinder temperature; when the combustible mixture is too rich, the combustion is incomplete, knocking and carbon deposits occur, and the cylinder temperature will also rise. In view of the above situations, the carburetor should be adjusted in time. Pay attention to adjusting the ratio, do not make the mixture too rich or too thin.

5. Clean the heat sink or remove carbon deposits. If the muffler is seriously carbonized, the exhaust gas is blocked, the engine workload increases, and it may also cause overheating.

6. Prepare the fuel according to the prescribed ratio, and do not make the gasoline engine lubricating oil too small.

7. Do not use industrial cleaning gasoline without anti-explosion agent.
